Our Photo Privacy Commitment
As parents ourselves, we treat your family's photographs with the highest possible level of security, confidentiality, and respect.
1. Zero Training on Public AI Models
Strict Data Boundary Guarantee
Your uploaded photographs and generated illustrations are never added to public machine learning training sets, never used to train generalized generative AI models, and never shared with third-party researchers or data brokers.
2. Bank-Grade Encryption
From the moment you choose a file from your device, your image is transmitted using 256-bit TLS encryption. Files stored on our private cloud infrastructure are encrypted at rest using AES-256 protocols.
3. Automatic Retention & Deletion Schedule
We do not hoard family data:
- •Uncompleted Drafts: If you design a preview but do not purchase, your uploaded source photos are automatically deleted after 30 days.
- •Completed Orders: Print-ready artwork is retained for 90 days following delivery to facilitate customer support or re-prints, after which source images are permanently expunged.
- •On-Demand Purge: You may request immediate deletion of all account photos at any time by emailing privacy@sovenit.com or clicking “Delete Photos” in your account dashboard.
4. Child Online Safety Compliance
Souvenit operates in strict compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect photographs uploaded directly by verified parents or legal guardians.
