1. Zero Training on Public AI Models
Strict Data Boundary Guarantee
Your uploaded photographs and generated illustrations are never added to public machine learning training sets, never used to train generalized generative AI models, and never shared with third-party researchers or data brokers.
2. Bank-Grade Encryption
From the moment you choose a file from your device, your image is transmitted using 256-bit TLS encryption. Files stored on our private cloud infrastructure are encrypted at rest using AES-256 protocols.
3. Purpose-Limited Retention & Manual Deletion on Demand
We do not hoard family data or use photos for anything other than fulfilling your book order:
- •Order Fulfillment & Reprint Support: Uploaded source photos and generated illustrations are stored securely in private cloud buckets solely to process your book and support our reprint guarantee for 30 days following delivery in case of transit damage or print defects.
- •Zero Model Training: Photos are strictly isolated from AI foundation models and are never used to train public or commercial algorithms.
- •Deletion on Demand: You may request complete, permanent deletion of your uploaded photographs and generated illustrations at any time by emailing our dedicated data privacy desk at privacy@sovenit.com. Our team verifies and processes all deletion requests promptly.
4. Child Online Safety & Parental Consent
Souvenit operates in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We require explicit confirmation during upload that the user is the child's parent or legal guardian, or has received authorized consent from the parent or guardian.
