1. Production & Manufacturing Times
Because each book is uniquely personalized with your child's illustration and custom dedication, orders are printed on demand at our high-resolution archival press facility.
Standard Production: 3–5 business days
Includes printing, casebound hardcover wrapping, and quality inspection.

If your book arrives damaged in transit, contains any manufacturing defect, or if the print quality does not meet our archival standard, simply email help@sovenit.com with a photo of the issue. We will print and dispatch a replacement immediately free of charge or issue a full refund.
